Nick: Nah. . . I think shell be in drama.
Selena: Not counted. . . plastics and drama are similar.
Math Teacher : I think you two should stop talking and pay attention. . .
Selena: Sorry. . .
Math Teacher : Demi, theres an empty seat beside Selena. You could sit there.
Demi: *Smiles* Okay.
Selena: [*Thinking Great. . . I bet she will talk about boys and ,clothes and herself. . .*]
Math Teacher : Selena, since youre sitting beside Demi, why not you show her around after class in between periods. You could be her. . . erm. . . school buddy.
Selena: But. . . Chelsea is supposed to show her around.
Math Teacher : Oh? Then my apologies.
Selena: [*Thinking You better apologise!*]
Math Teacher : Ill tell Chelsea that youll be showing her around. . .

Demi: So. . . what are your interests?
Selena: Anything but make up. . .
Demi: Well. . . Im not very fond of heavy make-up. Im still more to the Natural Look.
Selena: Really? I feel that theres no biggy with those two.
Demi: Well there is! In fact, a big biggy! Im wearing make up right now you know?
Selena: What? I couldnt tell. . . except the fact that youre glowing. . . your cheeks are really pink and you have long eyelashes. I thought it was naturally you.
Demi: *Laughs* Nah. . . Its not. Thanks to make-up, I Look like Im glowing.
Selena: Cool.
Demi: If you like, you could swing by my house after school and I could give you a make-over?
Selena: Erm. . . I dont really like the sound of that.
Demi: *Giggles* Once youve tried it, youll love it! It wont hurt just to try something new, right?
Selena: Well. . .
Demi: Lets just say its a small thank you for showing me around?
Selena: Well. . . Okay.
Demi: Great! Ill come pick you up at 4pm. Is that alright?

[ At Basketball practice ]
Zac: Hey Joe! Have you seen the new girl?
Cody: I heard that shes a basketball player!
Joe: A basketball player?
Nick: She was in one of my class. . . and she doesnt look like one. Selena said she may be a plastic.
Zac: Really? *Groans* all we DONT need now is another Chelsea Staub. Geez!
Cody: Hey Joe, have you met her yet?
Joe: No. Unlike some of you, Ive been practicing.
Nick: Relax Joe. . . you gotta balance your personal life and this competition.

Zac: Come on! It wont hurt just to catch a glimpse of her.
Joe: I think shes just any ordinary girl that would eventually like me.
Nick: *Chuckles* you think shes like every girl in school that likes you? Dream on. She looks like on tough cookie.
Joe: As tough as Selena? Up till now you still dont know who she has a crush on.
Nick: Woah. Dont try to change the topic. . .
Joe: Speaking of plastic. . . * turns to Nick* I heard Miley signed you up for the talent show. .
Nick: *Moans* Im not going to do anything with her.
Joe: She looks. . . okay.
Nick: All she talks about is herself!
Nick: So, are you coming over for dinner tonight?
Selena: Well. . . I think so. I might be a little late.
Nick: Alright. See you tonight then. . .
Demi: *Pops up behind her* Oooh. . . Someones blushing. . .
Selena: Am not! I just ran around the field earlier on.
Demi: Hmm. . . whos that guy?
Selena: Hes Nick.
Demi: Your boyfriend?
Selena: My best friend.
Demi: Looks more like a boyfriend to me.
Selena: *Rolls her eyes* another word from you and Ill ask Chelsea to be your bud.
Demi: Whos Chelsea? Everyone was talking about her in the hallway. . . She seems to be very popular.
Selena: She is. Shes the student body president.
Demi: Ohh. . . Isnt that a good thing? For me to hang out someone cool?
Selena: Cool? You MUST be kidding me. Shes mean. Not cool.
Demi: *Raise her eyebrows* Whatever you say. . . But seriously, did she do anything mean to you?
