I recently have began to have a crush on my co-worker. He is slightly modest, and is discreet yet forward when flirting. For example, purposly getting in my way while I am walking, play fighting, asked for a back rub once. He looks up when I walk into a room, we frequently make eye contact. There is some kind of strong chemisty between us. He is 6 years older than me, and is a very respectable person. I have a really good feeling about this. I am terrible with romantic territory. I never know when to move, when to stop, what to expect.I know that I need to be more hard-core with the flirting, and see his reaction. But what happens after that? I don’t know what the next step would be. Is there something between flirting and going out for coffee? I’m so self concious about asking him out, even just for coffee. I would like to avoid making the REAL first move, if possible. I guess I just need some reassurance and advice. Our work enviroment is very casual, resturaunt buisness. Thanks.
