She is flirting with you and you will only be rejecting her if you do not flirt back. Look at the way the woman is dressing. If she keeps showing you her cleavage she is definitely flirting with you and she keeps hoping that you will see her breast and that they will attract you to her. When a woman touches you, you should know that she is flirting with you. Especially if she touches your wrist, arms, shoulders or hands. People always touch thing they like. The men are good at this. This does not mean that women do not touch the things they like, they do.
